MUNNAR: A political approach document to be presented by SNDP general secretary Vellappally Natesan at the leadership meet being held here discusses the formation of a political party tentatively named Hindu League, to counter the policies of minority appeasement allegedly followed by major political parties in the state.
Vellappally Natesan told Manorama News channel that SNDP would soon hold talks with other communities including NSS the possibility of launching such a political party aimed at larger ‘Hindu unity’. The meet which begins in Munnar will discuss whether SNDP should continue to work as a political pressure group.
The political approach document alleges that Kerala is witnessing a communalisation of politics in a way that has not been seen before. The document states that elevation of M.A.Baby to the politburo and Rajya Sabha membership for P.J.Kurien were all part of communalising agenda of political partties.
People being appointed as personal staff of ministers and those selected to head various government-run Corporations and Boards belong to minorities, the document alleged.
